Ghana and FC Nordsjaelland defender Maxwell Woledzi is on the verge of sealing a transfer move to Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes.
The Portuguese side are in advanced stage talks for the signature of the talented center back after his impressive spell in the Danish league.
Maxwell Woledzi will cost the Portuguese side 400,000 Euros as they seek a replacement for Borevkovic.
Vitoria Guimaraes have reached an agreement with the Danish side for the signing of the defender.
Woledzi a product of the famed Right to Dream Academy has been a regular member of the Danish side since joining them from their sister club in Ghana in 2019.
Last season he played 24 matches for his side across all competitions and has played a grand total of 33 matches in the league for his side scoring one goal.
The Portuguese side finished sixth in the Portuguese League and want to bolster their ranks for next season.
Woledzi will be following in the footsteps of compatriot Abdul Mumin who left FC Nordsjaelland on a free transfer to join Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes.
Mumin has been linked with a raft of clubs after departing the Danish club and is likely to leave the club before the start of next season.
The 20-year-old defender is expected to arrive in Portugal next Saturday, the day on which Vitória will carry out the first pre-season test, at his academy, against the AF Braga team.
